The fastest route to getting the item you want is to return the one you have first. Once we confirm the return, simply place a new order for your preferred product.

We’re happy to offer free returns within 30 days of purchase, giving you the freedom to shop without worry.

You can choose a refund back to your original payment method or opt for store credit—whichever you prefer.

Please note there’s a small $6 restocking and shipping fee for returns; however, if your item is defective or incorrectly described, we’ll gladly waive it and refund you in full, including shipping and taxes.

Discounted items are final sale, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged. Rest assured, we’ll clearly label these items so there’s no confusion.

We kindly ask that returned items still have all tags attached and be in their original packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable, unless the item was defective, inaccurately described, or otherwise incorrect on our part.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Go to our website and click the profile icon (or directly to the Returns page), then request a return.

Log in using the same email address associated with your order. You’ll receive a six-digit verification code via email from ANLICODE.

Enter that code on our website to confirm your account.

Next, select the order and item(s) you’d like to return. Choose your reason and include any helpful notes.

Submit your request. If approved, watch your inbox for an email containing shipping instructions and a return label if needed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund right away or issue store credit—your choice!
