If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, we’re here to ensure the process is stress-free, transparent, and supportive. RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
- We’re happy to offer returns within 30 days of purchase.
- If the item you ordered does not fit, you may submit a return request for a size exchange within 30 days of purchase. We offer a one-time size exchange at no additional cost. Detailed size charts and product measurements are provided for every item, and we encourage you to review these carefully before placing your order, as selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.
- We accept returns for change of mind; however, a 25% administration and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- If your item is not as described, you received the wrong item, or the item was damaged or defective, we’ll gladly waive all fees and refund you in full, including shipping and taxes.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Rest assured, we’ll clearly label these items so there’s no confusion.

You can choose a refund back to your original payment method or opt for store credit—whichever you prefer.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow some time for your bank to recognize the refund.
- Free return shipping on all returns.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective, you received the wrong item, or the mistake was our fault.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging; items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable, unless the item was defective, you received the wrong item, or the error was otherwise on our part.
To keep our community fair and enjoyable for everyone, we do have a few important guidelines:
- ANLICODE’s return policies are sincerely designed for genuine customers only.
- Fraudulent activity, taking advantage of our return policy, or patterns of excessive or abusive returns are strictly prohibited.

Our system monitors patterns to:
- ensure fairness for all customers,
- prevent return fraud or abuse,
- prevent dispute or chargeback fraud,
- identify and deter any suspicious or unethical behavior,
- protect the integrity of our community and maintain a trustworthy shopping experience for everyone.
- If we determine that:
- Fraudulent activity has occurred,
- A customer is taking advantage of the return policy,
- A customer is abusing the return policy, or
- There is an excessive return pattern,
- We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or remove any customer benefits or policies,
- Restrict or refuse sales,
- Cancel orders,
- Charge higher restocking fees,
- Limit purchase quantities,
- Decline refunds or returns,
- Suspend or close customer accounts.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Go to our website and click the profile icon (or directly to the Returns page), then request a return.
- Log in using the same email address associated with your order. You’ll receive a six-digit verification code via email from ANLICODE.
- Enter that code on our website to confirm your account.
- Next, select the order and item(s) you’d like to return. Choose your reason and include any helpful notes.
- Submit your request. If approved, watch your inbox for an email containing shipping instructions and a return label if needed.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund right away or issue store credit—your choice!
