Returns Information

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Orders under $250 will be charged a $7.99 stocking fee and shipping fee. All orders over $250 will be free of charge.
  • Shipping costs/duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • If an item is defective, inaccurately described, incorrect, or otherwise, we will refund the full amount, including any shipping and taxes.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Click the profile icon in the website's navigation, or go to the returns page, and then request a return.
    • Log in to your account:
      • In the Email field, enter your email address associated with the order you wish to return, and then click Continue.
      •  In your email account, open the email sent from ANLICODE and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
      • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
    • Click “Request return" from the order that you want to submit the return for.
    • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
    • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
    • Click Request Return.
  2. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
