• Please note there’s a small $6 restocking and shipping fee for returns; however, if your item is defective or incorrectly described, we’ll gladly waive it and refund you in full, including shipping and taxes.

• Log in using the same email address associated with your order. You’ll receive a six-digit verification code via email from ANLICODE.

• Enter that code on our website to confirm your account.

• Next, select the order and item(s) you’d like to return. Choose your reason and include any helpful notes.

• Submit your request. If approved, watch your inbox for an email containing shipping instructions and a return label if needed.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund right away or issue store credit—your choice!
