EXCHANGES — OUR FIRST RECOMMENDATION

  • If the size isn't right, request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Your first size exchange is complimentary — we cover return shipping, and your new size ships as soon as your return is on its way back.
  • You can exchange for a different size, color, or piece of equal value, subject to stock availability.

STORE CREDIT — 110% OF YOUR ORDER VALUE

  • Prefer store credit over a refund? We add 10% on top as a thank-you for staying with ANLICODE.
  • If your order was $200, your store credit will be $220 — ready at your next checkout, automatically.
  • Store credit is tied to your account, applies on its own at checkout, and never expires.

REFUNDS — IF EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ISN'T RIGHT

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.
  • A return fee of $12.75 is deducted from refunds, waived for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow some time for your bank to recognize the refund.
  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or the issue was on our end.
  • Discounted items are final sale. We label these clearly at checkout.

HOW RETURNS ARE PROCESSED

Returns are received and processed only when shipped using the prepaid return label ANLICODE provides. The label is single-use and tied to your specific return. Items shipped using any other carrier, label, or service are outside our return system and will not be received, inspected, or refunded.

Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your return label and instructions. Items sent after this period are responsibly recycled and will not be eligible for a refund.

If a return package is delayed, lost, or misdirected by the carrier after it leaves your hands, we work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and update you on the outcome.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Go to anlicode.com, click the profile icon, then request a return.
  2. Log in with the email associated with your order. We'll send a six-digit verification code.
  3. Enter the code to confirm your account.
  4. Select the order and items, choose your outcome (exchange, 110% store credit, or refund), and add any notes that help us help you.
  5. Submit. Once approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and your return label.
